Paramount Importance

Importance of a united Sector!!!

The public will NEVER accept Ananda Marga / AMPS as long as the organization remains divided. Holding onto a dubious position of aiming for One Human Society while the WTs and Margiis are split into different administrations and groups is morally unacceptable.

Unity is paramount because it drives the exponential qualities and developments visible during Baba’s time.

What actually drove everyone to make it true? It was the psychic unity described in Baba’s discourses.

Human unity is purely ideological, meaning unity in the psychic sphere. Where there is psychic unity, physical unity will also occur”.

Psychic unity is the foundation of true human unity, described as an ideological, collective, and spiritual solidarity rather than merely a physical or organizational gathering.

Four fundamental impacts were evident during Baba’s time; no one can deny or ignore them.

Fundamental
Impacts

No one can deny or ignore!!!

1. Spiritual Advancement and Mental Expansion:
Unity expands one’s “psychic radius” from a small, selfish ego to a universal, cosmic consciousness, rather than being constrained by norms and groupism that limit the mind.

2. Maintains Institutional Integrity:
Unity establishes ideological roots in the foundational, non-dogmatic teachings of Baba rather than in personal and collective interpretations and expectations.

3. Social Transformation and Universalism:
The core pillars of the Ananda Marga philosophy. The organization is bound by this ultimate social goal, demonstrating, through example, a movement away from narrow divisions toward universalism.

4. Selfless Service to All:
Psychic unity fosters a spirit of selfless service, creating a broad public impact that is seen as integral to self-purification and a way to relate to others.

Transitional Process

From multiple to a single, united AMPS!!!

It begins when administrations, factions, and groups agree to unite, not on logistics (such as the HQ location), but on a decision body where all are represented.

A single, united entity requires distinct, sequential stages: aligning the leadership on a shared goal with clear cross-communication, and joint workflows.

1. Transitional Purodha Board: Constitute members of the last purodha board, which was in place during Baba’s time.

2. Advisory Board: Each board member, if desired, may have an advisory board comprised of WTs and senior Margiis.

3. Transitional Administration: The TPB will discuss and plan the formation of a temporary Central Office with the same role as it had during Baba’s time.

The process is complete when a recognized united entity is established with a functional Central Office.
